Toyota Vellfire 2.5 HEV Executive Lounge now available for booking in Malaysia

UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) has recently announced the new Toyota Vellfire 2.5 HEV Executive Lounge is now available for the local market. The new Vellfire HEV combines the advanced hybrid technology, quiet strength and refined craftsmanship that represents the finest expression of Toyota’s artistry and technological leadership, bringing Toyota’s vision for Mobility for All to life through purposeful innovation and responsible luxury. 

Powered by a 2.5-litre Dynamic Force Hybrid System, the Vellfire HEV combines a 4-cylinder A25A-FXS petrol engine with a strong electric motor to deliver 250 PS, which is a 37% increase compared to the standard 2.5-litre model. It also achieves fuel efficiency of 5.7L/100km, lowering CO₂ emissions to 129 g/km, showing Toyota’s commitment to cleaner and more efficient transportation.

Its self-charging Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) system automatically recharges while driving and braking, providing constant power without needing to plug in. The EV Mode allows for nearly silent, zero-emission driving for short distances.

Rooted in the Japanese philosophy of omotenashi (hospitality), the Vellfire HEV is designed to meet every passenger’s needs. Its Executive Lounge VIP Seats can be adjusted, ventilated, and even have massage functions, all controlled by a simple panel.
