Shop your groceries and get delivered with pandamart
In early December, foodpanda shops brings pandamart – an on-demand delivery service for groceries, household essentials, beauty products, fresh produce and even over-the-counter medication delivered directly from foodpanda’s storage facilities.
pandamart stands out by “making it snappy” when it comes to delivering your goods. With 25 (and increasing) dark store locations, pandamart allows users to receive their items under 20 minutes.
We expanded our menu and forged new partnerships!
foodpanda was glad to announced in 2020 they are partnering with their first major retail partner in Malaysia, Tesco, to additional 3,000
items ranging from fresh produce to groceries, to foodpanda users. Not only that, the company also introduces cloud kitchen facilities for SMEs and MSMEs where it’s basically spaces built for food preparation and delivery without a physical storefront. Though, no dine-in is allowed at the cloud kitchen.
In December, foodpanda also announced a series of new restaurant partners to bring new dishes to their users:
● Jackson’s Fried Chicken
● Hooked and Crooked
● Lunch Box
Saving the environment with lesser usage of plastic cutlery
Whenever users order from a restaurant on the foodpanda app, users are given a choice of whether or not to have plastic cutlery included. With that, the company managed to avoid giving out over 51 million sets of plastic cutlery. Less plastic cutlery demand, better for the environment, Malaysians. Thanks!
