The Maverick Academy is celebrity chef Alvin Leung’s chance to inspire, mentor, and elevate a new generation of Chef Entrepreneurs.
The new reality show is currently hosting a casting for passionate cooks who are hungry to fulfil their F&B dream. Applicants from all over Asia will be flown to a central city in the region, and gird for the battle of their culinary career. Contestants will be led through a journey of discovery, and prove they can last the distance with challenges that will test them to the limits of their creativity, skills and character.
