the Curve ushers the Year of the Snake with ‘Garden of Fortune’

the Curve welcomes the Year of the Snake with their latest campaign, ‘Garden of Fortune’, running from 7 January to 2 February 2025. The campaign offers a mesmerising mix of stunning decorations, captivating cultural experiences, and exciting activities for visitors of all ages.

This year’s celebration, ‘Garden of Fortune’, is an enchanting installation at the Curve’s Centre Court, combining nature, heritage, and prosperity for visitors to capture special moments.

To boost the festive spirit, the Curve has planned exciting weekend shows and activities for visitors. Some highlights include lively acrobatic lion dances that bring good luck and joy, as well as traditional Chinese music performances like Guzheng and live speed painting that celebrate cultural arts. Visitors can also enjoy energetic Wushu dance, powerful drum performances, and elegant traditional Chinese dance, making every moment at the Curve enjoyable.

Guests can visit the Western Courtyard to learn about the zodiac signs for the year, which is both fun and interesting. For children, hands-on workshops such as Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting, brush painting, and fan art offer a great way to get creative while appreciating traditions.

The God of Prosperity will enhance the festive atmosphere by distributing gold coins and mandarin oranges at the Curve, with a special walkabout planned for 18th January. Children can collect lucky tokens during this event. Additionally, the Curve is hosting a Prosperity Snap & Win Contest, inviting participants to share photos of the decorations or events on social media for a chance to win exciting prizes.

Shoppers can enjoy rewards through Curve’s Gift with Purchase (GwP) programme. With a minimum spend of RM288, they can get exclusive festive red packets, and spending RM388 will allow them to receive limited-edition merchandise. Visitors can also claim a special 2025 calendar via the Mutiara X App to enhance the festive spirit.

Beyond the celebrations, the Curve is dedicated to spreading joy this Chinese New Year through a special CSR initiative. Shoppers can donate essential items to a food and gift bank at the Centre Court. Together with 988 FM, the Curve will visit an Old Folks Home to help with spring cleaning and provide essential items and Chinese New Year treats. This initiative highlights the season’s spirit by focusing on sharing prosperity, supporting each other, and bringing warmth to those in need.
