One of his songs, “The theme of LUPIN Ⅲ” is like a national theme song since every single Japanese person knows it.
In case you don’t know what is “LUPIN Ⅲ”, it’s is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Monkey Punch. It follows the escapades of master thief Arsène Lupin III, the grandson of Arsène Lupin, the gentleman thief of Maurice Leblanc’s series of novels.
Composer Yuji Ohno’s has created a huge collection of 1,200 songs for the animation and now global audience can enjoy it through music streaming and downloading services. One of his songs, “The theme of LUPIN Ⅲ” is like a national theme song since every single Japanese person knows it.
