Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is unveiling its latest kitchen appliances lineup at CES 2026, including the latest iterations of its Bespoke AI refrigerator, over-the-range (OTR) microwave, and slide-in range. Alongside refreshed designs, the company will highlight improvements to vision-based AI functionality with Google Gemini and Google Cloud, demonstrating how these innovations simplify everyday tasks in the kitchen.
“In pioneering the application of vision-based AI technology, Samsung has led innovation in the kitchen appliance market,” said Jeong Seung Moon, Executive Vice President and Head of R&D Team for Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung Electronics. “Samsung will reach a new level of innovation through this collaboration with Google Cloud and will utilize these ongoing initiatives to continue to deliver better consumer experiences in the upcoming year.”
Introducing Samsung’s Latest AI Vision–Equipped Refrigerator
At CES, Samsung will introduce a new Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub with improved AI Vision. This upgraded feature now includes Google Gemini, the first time it’s been used in a refrigerator.
Previously, the fridge could identify 37 types of fresh food and 50 types of registered processed food. The new version will be able to recognize even more food items, making it more useful.
It will also identify processed foods without needing separate registration, making it easier to keep track of what you have. Plus, Samsung plans to let it recognize foods stored in personal containers, adding those to the food list.
With better identification of ingredients, managing your food list will be simpler and clearer, enhancing your food experiences. At CES, Samsung will showcase these new features and how they create a more personalized AI kitchen.
Enhanced Wine Management With the New Samsung Bespoke AI Wine Cellar
Samsung will showcase the new Bespoke AI Wine Cellar, which includes AI Vision powered by Google Gemini, similar to the Bespoke AI Refrigerator.
When users add or take out wine bottles, a camera at the top of the cellar will read the labels and track the bottles, updating the SmartThings AI Wine Manager. The system can also tell which shelf and section each bottle is in, so users can easily find them without searching. With the AI Wine Manager, users can quickly check wine details and get pairing suggestions based on the wines they have, making it easier and more personal to manage their wine collection.
Unified Kitchen Aesthetic With an Upgraded Stainless Look
Samsung is launching new French Door refrigerators, slide-in ranges, and Over-the-Range (OTR) microwave models, giving consumers a modern look for a stylish kitchen design.
The new Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator has a zero clearance fit, meaning it can be installed with just about 4mm of space on the sides. Its door depth is reduced by 50mm compared to older models, allowing easy access to drawers and food when the doors are fully open. It also features the AutoView, a clear door that lets users check what’s inside the fridge without opening it.
The updated slide-in range has a fresh design with a stainless-steel finish on the control panel, knobs, and door. It includes a new bar handle style and a Precision Knob for better safety.
Samsung will introduce two types of OTR microwaves: the Air-Fry OTR and the DualVent OTR. The key change in the DualVent model is its improved hood design. Usually, the cooktop depth extends farther than that of an OTR, making it hard for the hood to capture smoke from the front burners. The new dual vent system adds a front ventilation wing alongside the bottom vent, greatly improving its ability to capture smoke compared to earlier models.
Visitors at Samsung’s booth at CES 2026 will be the first to see these new innovations. Learn more about Samsung’s CES activities here.
