Samsung has announced that it is expanding its One UI 8 beta program to more Galaxy devices. This update will bring advanced features and make using Galaxy devices easier and smarter.
Originally started with the Galaxy S25 series in May, the One UI 8 beta program will now also include the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Galaxy Z Flip6 next week in Korea, the U.S., the U.K., and India.
In September, even more devices will get access, including the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, A36 5G, A55 5G, A35 5G, and A54. Users can join the beta program through the Samsung Members app.
One UI 8 offers smarter and easier AI experiences by understanding users’ needs in real time and allowing for more natural interactions. When used with the Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro, users can activate Google’s Gemini using their voice or by pressing and holding either earbud. One UI 8 is designed to boost productivity and deliver personalized suggestions for each user.
In September, Samsung will release the official version of One UI 8, using feedback from beta testers. The update will start with the Galaxy S25 series and will gradually be available for other compatible devices. Additionally, One UI 8 Watch will be available for more Galaxy Watch models beyond the Galaxy Watch8 series later this year, offering health features and a more user-friendly smartwatch design to more users.
