Samsung Malaysia Electronics has announced their partnership with Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week (KLFW), commemorating the return of the biggest fashion show in Malaysia at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur after championing the event digitally last year. KLFW 2021 will begin from 1 November to 7 November 2021, Samsung Malaysia and KLFW will shine upon homegrown designers and their esteemed collections digitally and in real life, unfolding the world of KLFW through the technology we use most.
The event kicks off with a series of digital shows taking place from 1 to 2 November exclusively on HURR.TV, where you get to meet 12 of Malaysia’s most celebrated designers including Kit Woo, Rizman Ruzaini, Celeste, Cassey Gan and more on what goes behind their amazing work.
Be sure to check out Kit Woo (1 November, 9pm) and Rizman Ruzaini (2 November, 9pm) show as they share their insights on an exclusive collection inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. A total of 16 jaw-dropping unique looks inspired by the bold and iconic Galaxy Z Series will then be paraded down the runway exclusively featuring renowned designers Kit Woo on 5 November, 6pm and Rizman Ruzaini on 7 November, 9pm.
In conjunction with KLFW, a Samsung Galaxy Z Experiential Pop Up will be erected from 3 – 7 November at Level 3, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur (between Pleats Please and Giorgio Armani), to allow consumers to experience everything the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G has to offer up close and personal.
In 2020, KLFW hosted virtual shows to showcase the work of over 60 designers. This year, as industries are slowly re-opening, Samsung Malaysia and KLFW aim to return fiercer than ever with KLFW’s largest show yet. In a partnership to revive the fashion industry, they call upon Malaysians to head over to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the future of flexibility and discover experiences that can enrich their lives with endless possibilities, freedom, functionality, and fun.
