Samsung Malaysia has recently launched its 2025 Bespoke AI lineup of home appliances: Bespoke AI Side by Side Refrigerator, Bespoke AI Laundry Top Load and Bespoke AI Jet Ultra. Designed to enhance everyday routines, these appliances feature smart functionalities that adapt to user behaviours and improve energy use.

The latest appliances have screens and voice control, allowing users to access important information and manage their home from anywhere at any time.
Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator
Powered by AI, the 2025 594L Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator features a sleek design and a 9-inch LCD AI Home screen for seamless communication across Samsung devices using Bixby. It supports Multi-Device Experience (MDE), allowing users to make calls, play music, and receive recipe suggestions via SmartThings Food Management. Users can monitor food storage in real-time for smarter grocery shopping.
The refrigerator includes AI features like Auto Open Door, which opens automatically when hands are full. For energy efficiency, the AI Energy Mode reduces power consumption by up to 10%, tracks energy usage, and offers smart suggestions. It also has a built-in UV deodorizer and filter for maintaining fresh air circulation and eliminating odors.
Bespoke AI Laundry Top Load
To simplify laundry routines, Samsung’s 13kg-21kg Bespoke AI Top-Load Washer incorporates AI technology. Key features include AI Wash, which adjusts washing settings based on fabric type and load weight; SmartThings AI Energy Mode, which can reduce energy consumption by up to 20%; and AI Vibration Reduction Technology Plus (VRT+) for a quieter washing experience.
The washers also use Ecobubble technology, combining BubbleStorm and Dual Storm for efficient cleaning, utilizing 25% less energy and 13% less water. Additionally, users can control their laundry remotely via SmartThings, and the Digital Inverter Motor comes with a 20-year warranty for durability and reliability.
Bespoke AI Jet Ultra
Also making its debut is Samsung’s powerful cordless stick vacuum cleaner, the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra. With a suction power of up to 400W, it’s designed for tough cleaning tasks. The HexaJet Motor ensures optimized airflow and allows for up to 100 minutes of cleaning on a single charge in Min mode.
Its upgraded AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 detects brush load and air pressure, optimizing performance across six cleaning environments. Featuring a Multi-layered Filtration System, it captures fine dust with 99.999% efficiency and traps particles as small as 0.3µm.
Built-in Wi-Fi and SmartThings connectivity enable remote monitoring of performance, while the onboard LCD screen provides alerts, battery status, and call notifications for added convenience.
Secured with Enhanced Knox Security
The latest Samsung lineup features Samsung Knox, offering multi-layered security for a reliable smart home experience. Knox Vault securely stores sensitive data like passwords. To protect against future quantum attacks, Samsung has integrated Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) into Knox Matrix Credential Sync. Additionally, SmartThings Home Care uses AI to monitor appliances, sending notifications for issues, while technical support can provide remote assistance based on pre-diagnosis results.
