Samsung Malaysia has officially launched the new Samsung Galaxy A05 and A05s, which comes with 5,000mAh battery and 25W Super-Fast charging capabilities, reaching 48% charge in just 30 minutes. Both devices are confirmed to offer two generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates.Â
Both device will be running One UI Core 5.1 to access to the latest software and the latest personalization features. Samsung has stated both models will be equipped with powerful processors and enhanced CPU and GPU capabilities.
Both Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s uses the 6.7-inch display with Infinity-U Display. The Galaxy A05s will offer a FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and 90Hz refresh rate.
As for the camera, both Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s have an upgraded 50MP high resolution Main Camera designed to help you capture the significant moments in life. It is equipped with a triple lens camera supported by a 2MP macro sensor and 2MP depth sensor. While Galaxy A05 dual lens is supported by a 2MP depth sensor, so you can get up close and personal with the finer details of life. The front-facing selfie camera has also upgraded to 13MP on the Galaxy A05s, and 8MP on the Galaxy A05, letting you capture brighter and clearer selfies.
In terms of memory and storage, both Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s comes in 6GB of RAM + 128GB RAM of storage with expandable storage of up to 1TB, users will have plenty of space available for all their photos and files.
The Galaxy A05 and A05s will be available in Awesome Black, Awesome Silver, and Awesome Light Green. As for official pricing in Malaysia, the Galaxy A05s price starts at RM799.00, while Galaxy A05 is price at RM649.00, both at selected retailers. Not only that, you can purchase the Galaxy A05 or Galaxy A05s with trade in up to RM100, before the promo ends on 31st December 2023 with Terms and Conditions applied.Â
