Royal Enfield has recently launched the Shotgun 650 in Malaysia during the Malaysia Autoshow 2024, offering a unique and customizable experience. The custom-inspired motorcycle is available in four unique colourways – Stencil White, Plasma Blue, Green Drill, and Sheet Metal Grey – reflecting a blend of raw creative energy, anarchic custom culture, and the iconic Royal Enfield DNA. The Shotgun 650 will be available in the Malaysia starting now at a price from MYR 34,900.
Built on Royal Enfield’s globally proven 650-Twin platform, the Shotgun 650 is a tribute to the culture of customization and a new chapter in design for Royal Enfield with an exciting vision of the future.
Mr. Rewi Hamid Bugo, Chairman of Didi Group, expressed his excitement to introduce the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 to his customers, stating that it will provide an unparalleled riding experience, combining power, performance, and style in a way only Royal Enfield can deliver. The adventure tourer will be available in July 2024, with pre-orders open now.
Anuj Dua, Business Head for Asia Pacific markets at Royal Enfield, said the Shotgun 650 is a symbol of the united pulse of the custom community and an ode to the long-standing tradition of customising Royal Enfield motorcycles. The motorcycle features an LED headlamp fitted in a gorgeous custom, neo-modern nacelle, a digi-analogue instrument cluster equipped with the Tripper navigation system, and the newly launched Royal Enfield Wingman, an in-app feature that keeps riders updated on the motorcycle’s live location, fuel and engine oil levels, service reminders, and more. It also features a USB charging port for device charging on the go.

With the globally award-winning 650 Twin platform at its core, the Shotgun 650 is ready to deliver pure motorcycling experience as intended from the brand.

The Shotgun 650 is an ergonomically optimized motorcycle that offers riders a commanding sense of presence and control. It features a floating single seat, a low 795mm seat height, and an intuitive handlebar position. The bike’s specially tuned suspension, 43mm dia. separate function big piston Showa forks, twin tube 5-step preload adjust RSU at the back, 1465mm wheelbase, and a low centre of gravity make riding in traffic, highways, and down twisty back roads equally fun without compromising on comfort. Wide 18” front and 17” rear tubeless tyres, combined with 320mm and 300mm disc brakes, ensure a steady grip, keeping riders engaged and in control at all speeds.

Customization is a concept, with 31 Genuine Motorcycle Accessories available for the Shotgun 650. These include bar end mirrors, a sculpted solo seat, and contrast-cut billet rims. Additionally, a range of apparel has been developed to complement the spirit of the Shotgun 650.
