Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has announced the company will be performing on-road testing of its first fully electric motor car. The company also confirmed the name of their fully electric car, Rolls-Royce Spectre and will be taking first deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2023.
During the announcement of Spectre, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Chief Executive Officer, Torsten Müller-Ötvös also confirmed that entire product portfolio will be full electrification by 2030. The company is expected to perform on-road testing for Spectre with 2.5 million kilometres – a simulation of more than 400 years of use for a Rolls-Royce, on average – and as they are aiming to push this new motor car to the limit.
At the time of writing, there is very little details about Spectre as the company is still performing test. You can check out the car teaser gallery above. Also, let us know what you think of the Rolls-Royce Spectre in the comments!
