For 2026, Xiaomi Malaysia introduces the new REDMI Buds 8 Lite, an affordable pair of earbuds available in Black, White, or Blue. These earbuds are designed for easy use and practical features, including fast charging within a sturdy design.
They have a large 12.4mm driver that offers clear sound with rich details. With Bluetooth® 5.4, they support both AAC and SBC audio formats, ensuring high-quality audio across various devices. The earbuds also include a Transparency mode for awareness of your surroundings and up to 42dB hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) to reduce unwanted sounds. ANC effectively identifies and lessens background noise. For outdoor calls, the dual-mic AI environmental noise cancellation (ENC) focuses on the user’s voice, even in windy conditions.
Users can choose from 5 preset EQ modes to boost bass, voice, or treble, and can customize the EQ settings using the Xiaomi Earbuds app.
REDMI Buds 8 Lite can connect to two devices at once, like a phone and a laptop, and will automatically switch based on where calls come from. They allow for quick charging, providing up to 2 hours of music after just 10 minutes of charging. Plus, the battery lasts up to 36 hours with the charging case.

REDMI Buds 8 Lite will be available in Black, White, and Blue from 15 January onwards and can be purchased at all Xiaomi stores nationwide, on mi.com, as well as official Xiaomi stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
