Qualcomm has recently unveiled the latest Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 Mobile Platform, aimed at enhancing the accessibility and reliability of 5G technology. This platform reflects Qualcomm’s dedication to driving human progress by leading the global shift from 4G to 5G, benefiting communities and industries worldwide.
The Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 offers a range of enhanced features, such as powerful CPU performance for seamless multitasking, dual band navIC for improved position accuracy, AI-enhanced audio, and immersive entertainment experiences like smooth gameplay and high-quality video streaming.
Chris Patrick, senior vice president and general manager of mobile handsets at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., emphasized that the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 represents a significant advancement in making 5G technology more accessible, ensuring that more individuals can enjoy the benefits of high-speed connectivity and enhanced mobile experiences.
Xiaomi India’s President, Muralikrishnan B, expressed excitement about partnering with Qualcomm Technologies to provide gigabit-fast connectivity to users.
The Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 will be initially featured in Xiaomi devices, with the first product expected to be unveiled by the end of 2024.
