Malaysia’s most explosive cop action blockbuster franchise Polis Evo has return for a trilogy with POLIS EVO 3, airing in cinemas nationwide in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei starting 25 May.
Polis Evo 3 will see the return of Zizan Razak as Inspector Sani and Shaheizy Sam as Inspector Khai as the mainstays of the Polis Evo franchise. The Polis Evo family also expands with the addition of big names such as Sharnaaz Ahmad, Nora Danish, Syafiq Kyle, Douglas Lim, Farali Khan, Fauzi Nawawi, Fezrul Khan and Eyka Farhana in this film.
Polis Evo 3 also features special cameos by well-known local actors and personalities such as Michael Ang, Ben Amir, Wanna Ali, Zulin Aziz, Fauziah Gous, Ezzaty Abdullah, Iman Corrine Adrienne, Danial Zaini, Radin ERA, Kamaliah Mat Dom, Datin Fadilah Mansor, Daniel Cheang, Isha Norsham ERA, and social media influencer Zukieeeee, together with a short but exciting appearance by Dato’ Afdlin Shauki.
The first Polis Evo was directed by Ghaz Abu Bakar, Polis Evo 2 by Joel Soh and Andre Chiew, and for the third instalment, breakout film director Syafiq Yusof takes on the task of directing yet another daring attempt in the action-comedy genre. They are young directors who have their own unique style. Produced by BlackFlag, for the first time ever, the latest Polis Evo film sees the collaboration of three major Malaysian producers Astro Shaw, Skop Productions and TGV Pictures.
Polis Evo 3 sees Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani return for a new mission – this time, joined by a special highly-skilled team including Inspector Dani, Inspector Julie, and Inspector Dell, who each bring their own expertise. The mission takes an unexpected twist as the criminal’s next potential target is Inspector Khai himself. Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani’s friendship is put to the test when they realize the suspect’s personal connection to Inspector Khai’s dark past.

Special for fans and audience, Polis Evo 3 movie tickets can be purchased starting on May 11th, 2023 in cinemas nationwide. Viewers can also be the earliest audience watching this film through a ‘sneak preview’ on 24th May 2023 – one day earlier than the film’s official release date.
Film Theme Song (OST):
The song “AYUH” is composed by legendary rap composer and former member of the iconic hip hop group Too Phat, Malique, otherwise known as ‘The General’. Written by Adeep Nahar, the track features lyrics by Malique, Kmy Kmo and Aman Ra and is performed by Malique, Kmy Kmo and Aman Ra, as well as powerhouse vocalist, Ernie Zakri. Marking Malique’s first song after six years, the song perfectly encapsulates the vibe and the action of Polis Evo 3.
PUBG MOBILE x Polis Evo 3:
Astro Shaw, in collaboration with the popular mobile game PUBG MOBILE, launches a cross-branding event in the game called PUBG MOBILE x Polis Evo 3. Players will be offered special voice packs featuring the voices of Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani based on their memorable dialogues from Polis Evo 3 – all of these dialogues were personally recorded by the actors themselves. In addition, players can download the OST “AYUH” and it will play in the game’s lobby. Sofyank X Polis Evo 3
Internationally acclaimed social media influencer and winner of the Gempak Most Wanted Award Sofyank, who specializes in creating special effects videos, has collaborated with major global films such as Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania in the past. Polis Evo 3 is working hand-in-hand with Sofyank to produce a short video that will be uploaded on social media platforms.
