PlayStation Asia has confirmed that the latest PlayStation 5 Slim will go on sale in Malaysia from 20th February 2024. The PS5 Slim with Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive will be retailing at RM2,499 while the PS5 Slim Digital Edition is priced at RM2,069. Both models can be purchased through official local retailers (https://www.playstation.com/local/retailers/).
Additionally, the Ultra HD Blu-ray-Disc Drive for the new PS5 Slim Digital will be sold separately at RM529 and a new Vertical Stand compatible with all PS5 models will be sold separately at RM149. PlayStation Asia also confirmed that a variety of PS5 Slim Console Cover colours will be available from 20th February, including the Deep Earth Collection colours in Volcanic Red, Cobalt Blue, and Sterling Silver. Prices for the PS5 Slim Console Covers will start at RM 259.
