PICO has announced that they are opening its first ever PICO store in Malaysia through its authorised distributor, Rainbow Distribution, on 10 December 2022. The flagship store will be located in Sunway Pyramid, is the brand’s first VR concept store in the region and aims to be the one-stop sales and service for all things VR by PICO.Â
The store will have a 1,530 sqft of space and consist of four experiential zones covering gaming, fitness, entertainment and social – where customers can get up-close with the many PICO VR headsets placed throughout the store. Visitors will be greeted by a crew of trained product experts that will guide and answer technical questions from VR enthusiasts.Â
A section of the store is also dedicated to aftersale where PICO is determined to ensure the VR ownership journey is a fulfilling one for users. PICO’s current warranty programme includes a one-for-one exchange where customers can swap their unit for a new one at the store.
