NTT DATA Payment Services today unveiled ADAPTIS, a suite of integrated payment solutions designed to meet the needs of modern businesses. Launched at a brand event, ADAPTIS represents a key milestone in the Company’s transformation, combining innovation, flexibility, and regional expertise to shape the future of commerce in Southeast Asia.

The ADAPTIS suite of services includes five key offerings designed to empower businesses with greater flexibility and efficiency:

ADAPTIS In-Store for seamless retail transactions

ADAPTIS e-Commerce for secure online payments

A key highlight of the event was a panel discussion featuring leaders from NTT DATA Payment Services, including Shinichiro Nishikawa, Sean Hesh, Enoch Chhabra, Yuichiro Sato, and Jeremy Low, focused on the theme “Next in Commerce: From Competition to Collaboration.” They discussed how NTT DATA Payment Services has combined once-competing brands into a unified system, fostering more synergy and innovation in global payments.

Shinichiro Nishikawa, Head of Global Payments and Services Division, NTT DATA Japan, emphasised the strategic importance of this evolution, stating that, “the future of payments is not just about transactions, it’s about ecosystems. By bringing together Asian payments industry leaders under the NTT DATA Payment Services umbrella, we are building a more connected, intelligent, and resilient regional commerce infrastructure. ADAPTIS reflects our commitment to seamless integration, localised solutions, and large-scale innovation that empowers businesses worldwide.”

The ADAPTIS launch follows GHL Systems Berhad’s acquisition by NTT DATA Japan in 2024, making it a subsidiary of a top global IT service provider.

The company rebranded as NTT DATA Payment Services Sdn. Bhd. on 13 November 2024, aligning with its new vision while upholding service standards for merchants.

After its launch in Malaysia, the ADAPTIS suite will expand to Thailand and the Philippines, reinforcing NTT DATA Payment Services’ commitment to innovative payment solutions in the region.
