Myra, Oriental Interest Bhd’s residential property arm, has unveiled Myra Embun, a mixed development in Jenderam catering to the expanding Putrajaya fringe. Located on a 5.08 acres of land, Myra Embun features serviced residences, retail spaces, and a boutique hotel in one integrated development, making it one of the first mixed-use projects in Jenderam, Dengkil.

Located just 5 km from Putrajaya and well-connected by major highways, the development is strategically positioned to benefit from ongoing demand from nearby areas including Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Dengkil, and Sepang.
Recent data from Q1 2026 indicates a selective residential market, where buyers are focused on connectivity, practical layouts, and integrated lifestyle offerings. This trend shows sustained residential activity in Selangor and surrounding Greater Kuala Lumpur growth corridors.
Myra Embun continues Myra’s presence in the area, building on the success of previous phases at the nearby Myra Saujana township. This expansion showcases the developer’s confidence in the region’s long-term residential growth potential.

Akil Hassan, Chief of People and Growth at Myra said, “Today’s buyers are much more discerning about what they value in a home. Beyond location alone, buyers are placing greater emphasis on spacious layouts, accessibility and well-planned environments that better support long-term family living”.
Myra Embun consists of two residential towers with 594 serviced units, offering five layouts from 700 sqft to 1,490 sqft in two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom configurations. Prices start at approximately RM250,000 for selected two-bedroom units, with four-bedroom layouts reaching RM680,000.
The larger units target first-time buyers, young families, and upgraders seeking more space amid a trend towards smaller homes.
Additionally, Myra Embun includes retail spaces, F&B outlets, a supermarket, EV charging facilities, and a boutique hotel, promoting convenience. The project also features community facilities like co-working spaces, community farming areas, a multipurpose hall, an indoor playground, and recreational amenities to foster community interaction and development.
“As the broader Putrajaya–Cyberjaya-Dengkil triangle continues evolving into a more established employment, education and digital infrastructure hub, we believe there will be sustained demand for homes that offer both accessibility and a more balanced suburban living environment,” Akil said.
At the core of Myra Embun’s planning philosophy is the tikar concept, which comes from the traditional Malay idea of gathering and unity.
“For generations, the tikar represented a place where people came together to share stories, meals and everyday moments. We wanted to reinterpret that spirit within Myra Embun, by crafting a modern tropical setting with landscaped communal spaces that encourage genuine interaction and a stronger sense of belonging,” Akil said.
Myra Embun provides same-level parking for some residential units, partial furnishing packages, and a smart access card security system to enhance convenience and safety.
Registration of interest for Myra Embun is now open, and further information can be found at Myra Embun’s website (https://www.myra.com.my/myra-homes/myraembun/) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/myra.embun/).
