BMW Malaysia has officially announced the 2025 BMW M5, BMW M3 Competition M xDrive, BMW M4 Competition Coupé M xDrive and BMW M2 during at the MY BMW World 2025. The event took place at Sentul Depot.
2025 BMW M5 – Motorsports Heritage, Now with an Electrified Drive System for the first time.
The 2025 BMW M5 is a powerful car that looks and feels sporty. Its low height, wide wheel arches, and smooth design give it a strong presence. The front features big air intakes and sharp LED headlights, while the kidney grille, done in glossy black, makes a striking impression day and night. Small details, like the BMW M5 logo and sleek trim, add to its unique style. The back of the car has a sporty spoiler and twin tailpipes that enhance its racing appeal. It rides on stylish 20”/21” wheels, with an optional M Carbon Exterior Package for extra flair.
Inside, the M5 combines high performance with luxury in a driver-focused cockpit. The BMW Curved Display includes a digital instrument cluster and a large touchscreen, both featuring special M graphics. Controls are user-friendly, with the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant and dedicated M Controller. The redesigned steering wheel has a sporty look and easy access to important settings. The V8 engine produces 585 hp, working alongside an electric motor for a total output of 727 hp and a torque of 1,000 Nm. This setup allows the car to go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. The 2025 BMW M3 Competition M xDrive stands out with its fresh design that highlights its sporty character and racing heritage. At the front, new LED headlights come standard for a sharper look, and there’s an option for Adaptive LED Headlights that adjust to road conditions and include High-Beam Assistant for better visibility. The car’s design features strong shapes, wider wheel arches, and recognizable M quad tailpipes that add to its bold presence. It also has M High-Gloss Shadowline accents and striking 19”/20” M forged wheels in a double-spoke design. The bright red M Compound brakes enhance both style and performance. Initially revealed in late 2024 in Malaysia, the 2025 BMW M4 Competition Coupé M xDrive stands out with its sporty design and high-quality features. It comes with adaptive LED headlights that ensure good visibility and stylish M Lights Shadowline accents that emphasize its athletic look. The car’s side profile showcases 19-inch/20-inch M forged wheels and striking red brakes, along with a carbon fiber roof that improves stability and handling. Additionally, it features an optional unique M graphic in Red or Black and modern laser taillights, previously seen in the BMW M4 CSL, for extra flair.
