Motul will be continuing the support for both F.C.C. TSR Honda France and Yoshimura SERT Motul at the 2023 FIM Endurance World Championship. The season is starting off with the 46th legendary 24 Heures Motos at the Bugatti Circuit in Le Mans from April 13 to April 16, 2023.

Seeking to reclaim the EWC championship title won in 2020 and 2021, Yoshimura Suzuki Endurance Racing Team (SERT) Motul is looking forward to kick off this year’s campaign stronger than ever. The team secured an early lead in the championship last year in hopes to defend their title, but faced unforeseen issues during the season finale. This year, the Franco-Japanese team rider line-up will consist of Gregg Black, Sylvain Guintoli and new recruit Etienne Masson, who will be racing in the #1 Suzuki GSX-R1000R during the four-event ultimate test of rider and machine.

To Team Director Yohei Kato, Motul is not just another sponsor or supplier but a member of “One Team” where they share the same goals, wields their strengths, and grows from challenges together. “It’s not just about the product, but also how we share the same passion. It’s so encouraging and adds a great boost to the team seeing members of Motul at each race to share the processes and results with such passionate support.”

Yoshimura SERT Motul have their eyes set on a third consecutive win at the twice round-the-clock endurance classic, with their efforts being propelled by excellence imparted by the flagship Motul 300V Factory Line. “Achieving three consecutive victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans season opening will be a challenge for Yoshimura SERT Motul. The level of the championship is definitely rising, and our rival teams are getting stronger, but thanks to Motul, we know how to take advantage of our strengths. As ‘One Team,’ our goal this year is to win the 2023 Endurance World Championship to reclaim the title we missed last year.”

The current champions, F.C.C TSR Honda France are going into the 24-hour endurance at Le Mans with hopes to defend this title for a second year running. The Japanese team displayed incredible consistency to score points for the championship, which was a result of competitive pace and solid reliability. Mike Di Meglio and Joshua Hook will be joined by Alan Techer as they unleash their fight in the Motul-filled #5 Honda CBR1000RR-R.

Motul is a key partner for the Suzuki and Honda teams, with reliability being of utmost importance at endurance events such as these. Considered the most challenging and coveted endurance bike racing title in the world, Motul is proud of the trust placed by both teams in its products. The French lubricant manufacturer has worked closely with both teams to understand the shortcomings of its product offerings and improve the formulation of the already championship-winning Motul 300V to continue this string of incredible successes in EWC.

The incredible duality of Motul’s lubricants is showcased on the track and on the road with racing-grade products being available for purchase by the everyday consumer. The impressive results from the two teams, especially in such arduous conditions, show Motul’s technical superiority. Aiding in Yoshimura SERT Motul’s achievements alongside the 300V are the Motul Chain Paste, Tech Grease 300 and various cleaning products. Its diverse Powersports range stems from the learnings on track at such events and provide the same performance to daily consumers around Asia Pacific.
