Microsoft has announced pre-orders for the latest Surface Laptop Studio in Malaysia starts from today, 15 February in Malaysia via commercial authorized resellers and authorized retailers.
In addition, the Surface Pro 8 is also now available for purchase through consumer retail channels.
According to the company, the Surface Laptop Studio is priced from RM7,399 and will be Microsoft’s most powerful Surface ever. Build to cater for developers, creative pros, designers, and gamers, the device delivers the power of a desktop, the portability of a laptop, and a creative studio all in one.

With the new ultra-durable Dynamic Woven Hinge, the Surface Laptop Studio is able to transition from one mode to another seamlessly.
- In Laptop mode, users get to enjoy a first-class typing experience with a full keyboard and Precision Haptic touchpad.
- In Stage mode, the sleek 14.4” PixelSense touchscreen display is pulled forward to the perfect angle for gaming, streaming, docking, or presenting to clients. With the keyboard covered, immerse yourself in the display and interact with Surface Slim Pen 2, touch or touchpad.
- In Studio mode, make use of the optimal canvas for uninterrupted writing, sketching, and other creative pursuits.
For those who need a stylus with their laptop, the Surface Slim Pen 2 stores neatly underneath the keyboard, where it magnetically attaches and charges for easy access when inspiration strikes. Not only that, the vibrant 120Hz display, Quad Omnisonic speakers, and immersive Dolby Atmos allow users to expand their they work, create and play on this versatile laptop, ideal for building apps, rendering videos, and streaming ultra-fast games.
Powered with 11th Gen Intel Core H35 processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti with DirectX 12 Ultimate, the Surface Laptop Studio is powerful enough for work and play.
The Surface Laptop Studio and Surface Pro 8 will be generally available from 8 March and 15 February respectively via commercial authorized reseller, Maxis; and authorized retailers such as All IT, Gloo by SNS Network, Harvey Norman, Lazada-Microsoft Authorised store, PC Image, Senheng, Shopee-Microsoft Authorised store and TMT by Thundermatch.
