Max Original’s Hacks Season Four announces latest guest stars Julianne Nicholson, Michaela Watkins, Bresha Webb, Robby Hoffman, Eric Balfour and more

The Max Original comedy series Hacks has announced the latest guest stars, Julianne Nicholson, Michaela Watkins, Bresha Webb, Robby Hoffman, and Eric Balfour for its fourth season, which will debut this spring. Also guest starring as writers on Deborah Vance’s (Jean Smart) new late night show are Danny Jolles, Gavin Matts, Grover Whitmore III, Holmes, Jasmine Ashanti, Katy Sullivan, Matt Oberg, and Sandy Honig. Universal Television is the studio.

Tensions rise as Deborah and Ava endeavor to get their late night show off the ground and make history doing it.

Newly announced cast includes:

  • Julianne Nicholson (Paradise, Mare of Easttown)
  • Michaela Watkins (Casual, The Dropout)
  • Bresha Webb (Run the World, Sisters)
  • Robby Hoffman (Verified, Too Far podcast)
  • Eric Balfour (The Offer, Six Feet Under)
  • Danny Jolles (Ted, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend)
  • Gavin Matts (Progression, Ramy)
  • Grover Whitmore III (The African Desperate)
  • Holmes (Welcome to Flatch, Overcompensating)
  • Jasmine Ashanti (Upload, Grey’s Anatomy)
  • Katy Sullivan (Dexter: New Blood, Broadway’s Cost of Living)
  • Matt Oberg (The Residence, Abbott Elementary)
  • Sandy Honig (Three Busy Debras, The Young Wife)

Returning cast for Hacks Season four includes:

  • Jean Smart (six-time Emmy winner, Tony Award nominee)
  • Hannah Einbinder (three-time Emmy nominee, Critics Choice Award winner)
  • Paul W. Downs (three-time Emmy winner)
  • Megan Stalter (SAG Award nominee)
  • Carl Clemons-Hopkins (Emmy nominee)
  • Mark Indelicato (SAG Award nominee)
  • Rose Abdoo (SAG Award nominee)
  • Dan Bucatinsky, Helen Hunt, Tony Goldwyn, Kaitlin Olson, Jane Adams, Lauren Weedman, Christopher McDonald, Poppy Liu, Lorenza Izzo, Johnny Sibilly, Paul Felder, Polly Draper, Luenell, and Aristotle Athari also return.

The upcoming fourth season will have exciting surprise cameos.

Hacks is created and run by Emmy winners Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky. The show is produced by Downs and Aniello through their company Paulilu, Statsky through First Thought Productions, and Emmy winners Michael Schur via Fremulon, David Miner for 3 Arts Entertainment, and Morgan Sackett. The studio is Universal Television, part of Universal Studio Group.
