The Malaysia Speed Festival (MSF), supported by Tourism Malaysia, will feature Round 2: Saturday Night Fever at the Sepang South Circuit on 19–20 April 2025.
Championing the growth of national motorsports since it started in 2010, MSF supports an affordable and exciting local motor racing community. As it marks its 15th year, MSF is going back to its roots for Round 2 with thrilling night racing at the spectator-friendly South Circuit. The MSF SuperTurismo car races will start at 6:00 PM and go until midnight. The MSF SuperBikes will race on Sunday on the same track, which is the first time for the superbike riders.

This round of MSF races is supported by Tourism Malaysia. This partnership is part of the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign, aiming to enhance the local racing scene and strengthen Malaysia’s reputation as a top motorsport destination in Southeast Asia.
“We are thrilled for Tourism Malaysia to come in and provide support for this round. This will help our local racing community gain not only greater recognition but also international exposure,” said Adian Yein, Principal of MSF.
“Over the years, MSF has attracted racers from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, and even from Europe. This international appeal is a testament to the competitiveness and high standards of our racing series,” Yein added.
“Through Tourism Malaysia’s support, we aim to showcase Malaysia’s world-class racers and vibrant motorsport culture to a global audience.”

MSF is attracting top talent. In Round 1 of the Superbikes division, well-known riders like Azlan Shah (retired ARRC rider), Naomichi Uramoto (2016 All Japan J-GP2 Champion), Adam Norrodin (WorldSBK rider), and Zulfahmi Khairuddin (former GP rider and founder of ZK Racing) competed.
In the Superturismo division, MSF welcomed top drivers like Faidzil Alang, who just set a new personal best at Sepang (2:16), and professional sim racer Taj Izrin Aiman, the 2024 Gazoo Racing GT Cup Asia Individual Champion.
“MSF has always been a platform that bridges the gap between professional racing and community-driven motorsports,” Yein emphasized. “Our structured categories and affordable entry points allow both seasoned racers and new enthusiasts to compete in a safe, professional environment.”
With the start of the MSF Myvi Cup this year – a new category featuring the Perodua Myvi – the next event will be the first time this popular Malaysian car races at the faster, shorter, and more exciting Sepang South Circuit at night.
With various racing categories, MSF is changing how people experience motorsports in Malaysia—making it fun, inviting, and thrilling.
Round 2 of the Malaysia Speed Festival will take place at the South Track of PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit on 19 April (Superturismo) and 20 April (Superbikes) 2025. You can buy Paddock Access at the gate on the event day for RM35 per day, or enjoy free Grandstand access.
