LG Electronics donates LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier worth RM93,000 to Frontliners at Malaysian Public Hospitals

LG Electronics has recently donated their new LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifiers worth RM93,000 to the frontliners at four public hospitals in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor including, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Serdang and Hospital Putrajaya.

The goal is to equip frontliners with added protection, comfort and convenience when caring for the patients with the Wearable Air Purifiers as it comes with HEPA H13 filters that efficiently remove harmful particles and allergens up to 99.95%. 

“Through this donation, we would like to show our appreciation to the frontliners in the medical field who continue to provide excellent service for the past year ensuring affected Malaysians are getting the best care and treatment. We understand that hospitals and its frontliners need as much assistance to combat the pandemic. The donation of our latest LG PuriCare™ Wearable Air Purifiers to these hospitals with the aim to keep both the frontliners and the patients safe during these trying times. It is our sincerest hope our product will provide the frontliners more comfort and added protection,” said Kim Kyutae, Managing Director of LG Electronics Malaysia. 

“Despite the recent ease of certain restrictions in Malaysia, we urge Malaysians to follow the SOPs strictly, wear your masks at all times, and don’t forget to keep your indoor air fresh and clean with air purifier,” added Kim. 

LG’s decision to donate it’s latest LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifiers to public hospitals during Phase three of the Movement Control Order (MCO) goes in line with the home appliance manufacturer’s approach in producing ‘Technology that Cares’ for consumers.
