
LG Electronics (LG) is partnering with creative artist, multi-platinum musician, and tech entrepreneur, will.i.am, to launch a new line of audio products under the brand “xboom by will.i.am.” The partnership aims to transform xboom into a culture-forward brand with an urban aesthetic, providing an all-new audio experience.

In this partnership, LG has appointed will.i.am as LG xboom’s “Experiential Architect.” He will play a pivotal role in shaping xboom’s new direction in the audio industry. Drawing from his pop culture and tech expertise, will.i.am will advise on product development, design, and marketing. This collaboration aims to blend LG’s technologies with will.i.am’s insights, infusing LG xboom products with fresh creativity.

The 2025 line of “xboom by will.i.am” products, including Bluetooth speakers and wireless earbuds, will debut at CES 2025, starting with the xboom Buds. All products feature will.i.am’s signature sound, characterized by rich bass and warm tones, with two listening modes: energetic and soothing. The design enhances music enjoyment, featuring easy-to-hold straps and interactive lighting synchronized to the music. The earbuds are ergonomically designed for comfort and optimal sound experience.

All “xboom by will.i.am” products will integrate with RAiDo.FYI, an AI-driven audio experience designed to engage listeners in infotainment. This platform allows for immersive personalization and real-time conversations with themed stations, transforming radio into a more interactive medium that deepens connections with music and cultural content.
