LEGOLAND Malaysia launches refreshed MINILAND Singapore as part of celebrating SG60

LEGOLAND Malaysia has unveiled its revamped MINILAND Singapore, celebrating Singapore’s 60th anniversary.

Originally launched in 2012, MINILAND Singapore is now an interactive experience featuring the nation’s beloved icons. The attraction took over 16,000 hours to build with more than 1.5 million LEGO bricks, showcasing 16 large models, 10 boats, 80 vehicles, and over 100 scenes with more than 1,600 detailed Minilanders.

With misting waterfalls, moving vehicles, and interactive games, MINILAND Singapore offers a multi-sensory journey through Singapore’s architectural marvels and playful surprises.

Some highlights of the reimagined MINILAND Singapore are new builds that stand out for their scale and interactivity:

  • Marina Bay Sands: The centrepiece towers at 4 metres tall, capturing the grandeur of one of Singapore’s most recognisable landmarks.
  • Singapore Flyer: A 3.4-metre fully-rotating structure, complete with festive scenes and mini cultural performances beneath.
  • Merlion Fountain: A fan-favourite that shoots water! Guests can press a button to trigger a water jet from the iconic Merlion’s mouth.
  • Cloud Forest & Flower Dome: With cascading waterfalls, mist effects, suspended walkways and lush greenery, this model brings Singapore’s famous gardens to life in miniature.
  • One-Table-Left Race: An interactive game where visitors can control two LEGO families dashing through a food festival to grab the last table—because in Singapore, good food is serious business!

“The refreshed MINILAND Singapore is a love letter to one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic countries,” said Cs Lim, Vice President of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. “With every build, we’ve captured the energy, diversity and charm of the Lion City, all while giving families more ways to interact, explore and be inspired.”

Pushing the boundaries of creativity, MINILAND Singapore combines engineering with playful storytelling. Guests can interact with scenes like the Merlion Shooting Water and the One-Table-Left Race, where a button push animates the models. The experience includes realistic interior cutaways, cultural displays, moving vehicles, and hidden LEGO surprises, inviting explorers to pause and discover. Whether you’re a LEGO fan, a nostalgic local, or a curious traveller, MINILAND Singapore offers fun, discovery, and plenty of Instagram-worthy moments for everyone!

In celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort offers Singapore residents an exclusive SG60 deal: Save SG$60 when you purchase 3 or more Triple Park Annual Passes. That’s SG$20 off each pass, ideal for families to unlock a year of LEGO adventures.

Annual Pass holders enjoy unlimited visits to all 3 Parks — including MINILAND Singapore, Brickfest Big Build, and seasonal events like Brick-or-Treat and Bricktacular Holidays.
