
Leapmotor has seen significant growth from a small 2019 booth to a larger presence at the 2025 Shanghai International Auto Show, achieving 300,000 units sold in 2024, double the prior year’s achievement. At the 2025 event, the company is showcasing its entire lineup, including the world premiere of the all-new Leapmotor B01, a new affordable and tech-savvy C-sedan.
Leapmotor hosted over 100 journalists at the Auto Show to showcase the advantages of Chinese intelligent electric vehicles and its latest new LEAP 3.5 technology architecture.
The entire Leapmotor product line-up, including pure electric and range-extended EVs, was showcased, featuring the B and C series alongside the successful T03. The booth provided interactive experience zones for the B-Series and LEAP 3.5.
LEAPMOTOR B-SERIES
The new Leapmotor B-Series is part of Leapmotor’s plan to expand globally, targeting the largest market segment with various products like SUVs and sedans. By the end of 2025, three models – B10, B05, and B01 – will be available to cater to global customers.
The B-Series will use the advanced LEAP3.5 technology, designed with intelligence, entertainment, quality, and user experience in mind. It promises an outstanding cockpit experience and offers smart driving with a pure electric range of over 600km (according to CLTC).
On April 10, 2025, Leapmotor launched the first model, the B10, aimed at global markets in the C-SUV segment. Within 48 hours of starting pre-sales, over 31,688 units were ordered. On launch day, more than 10,016 units were booked.
The B10’s promise is “technology for all, quality without compromise.” Alongside its release in China, the B10 is also undergoing road tests to prepare for its debut in international markets in 2025. Built on the new LEAP 3.5 technology, the B10 sets a new standard in technology, quality, and value for mainstream SUVs.
