Lapisan Patisserie has recently launched a collection of delectable pastries and beverages with local flair.
The first item is the limited-time Jalur Harimau Croissant. This special pastry has a striking tiger-striped outside and a tasty filling of smoky chicken satay, peanut sauce, and tangy pickled onions. It’s a delicious treat in flaky layers. Priced at RM12.00, it’s available until 30th November.
Chocolate lovers will enjoy the Decadent Choc Mud, which has a rich, layered chocolate sponge with creamy chocolate filling. It’s topped with dark chocolate flakes and cocoa powder. This small cake costs RM18.00 and is perfect for chocoholics.
For cheese lovers, there’s the Triple Cheese Delight. This treat combines creamy mascarpone, parmesan, and baked cream cheese on a vanilla sponge, topped with vanilla crumbs. Priced at RM13.00, it’s sure to melt your troubles away.
Next is the Maritozzo Series, featuring four fun Italian flavors: Tiramisu, Mango, Choco Hazelnut, and Biscoff. The classic Tiramisu Maritozzo has creamy mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa powder on top.
The Mango Maritozzo includes mango chantilly and mango compote. The Choco Hazelnut Maritozzo has chocolate hazelnut chantilly and toasted hazelnuts, while the Biscoff Maritozzo features cream cheese chantilly and Biscoff caramel with Biscoff crumbs. Each of these delicious buns costs RM11.00 and is a great pairing with your morning tea.
Rounding out the menu are two matcha drinks: the Iced Pandan Matcha Latte and the trendy Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte. Both drinks mix the bitterness of matcha with a hint of pandan or strawberry. Priced at RM14.20, they’re a smooth complement to the new pastries at Lapisan.
All new pastries and drinks are now available at Lapisan Pâtisserie’s outlets in Mid Valley Megamall (Kuala Lumpur) and Mid Valley Southkey (Johor Bahru). The special Maritozzo flavours – Mango, Choco Hazelnut, and Biscoff, as well as the Matcha series drinks, are available starting 18th October.
