Aligned with the World Health Day 2026, LAC Malaysia launched the LAC Community, a new platform aimed at uniting people through movement, education, and shared wellness experiences.
As interest in wellness grows, many Malaysians are seeking lasting ways to stay active and healthy. This is important because national data shows that about one in three Malaysian adults do not get enough physical activity.

The launch event, held at PJ Collective, was the first chance for the community to come together under LAC’s wellness program, offering a morning focused on movement, meaningful connections, and everyday health. Attendees enjoyed organized activity sessions and a smoothie booth with drinks made from LAC supplements, showing LAC Malaysia’s belief that good health comes from small, consistent habits supported by community, lifestyle choices, and nutrition.
The LAC Community is more than just supplements; it is a space for people to learn, move, and connect through activities led by experts and shared experiences that encourage healthier habits over time.

The launch included a morning of guided group activities, allowing participants to try strength training, rope flow, and propulser speed training.
“The launch of the LAC Community marks an important step in our commitment to supporting healthier lifestyles beyond supplementation. Through this community, where people can come together through movement, education and shared wellness experiences, we hope to inspire more individuals to take a proactive approach towards their wellbeing. Ultimately, our goal is to build a supportive community that empowers people to sustain healthier habits for the long term,” said Patrick Fam, General Manager of LAC Malaysia.
The initiative strengthens LAC Malaysia’s role as a trusted wellness partner by helping individuals not just with products, but also through education, community involvement, and everyday lifestyle changes. Monthly community events will include sessions on strength training, guided pickleball, footwork, and other fun activities, with updates shared on @laccommunity.my on Instagram.
Building on this success, LAC Malaysia will bring back FitVibes 2.0 in June 2026 after its positive response in 2025. This event will offer an even larger community experience focused on movement. FitVibes 2.0 will include fitness sessions, wellness workshops, and activities for recovery, highlighting LAC’s complete approach to wellbeing.
A key feature of FitVibes 2.0 will be LAC’s pickleball championship, showcasing this fast-growing sport that’s great for people of all fitness levels. The event aims to unite the community through active involvement while encouraging sportsmanship, connections, and a shared goal of healthy living.
