Originally released in 2004 originally as a running shoe, the ASICS GEL-1090 quickly became a firm favorite thanks to its sleek design, superior comfort, and affordability. For 2020, ASICS is bringing back the kicks with Korean co-ed pop group KARD as their new ambassadors.
The shoes is still remained in their classic 2000s look, clean design, and technical construction, the GEL-1090 is a timeless and classic silhouette built to excite and thrill fans. Returning in its original silver colourway with iconic red-to-yellow fading ASICS stripes, the shoe will see three new
colourways releasing this February, with three more in March.
The shoes is expected to be sell at RM379 per pair and is available in Malaysia from February. Currently ASICS Malaysia will be running in-store retail and online promotions for the shoes from February onwards. With every purchase of the sneaker from any participating retail stores, KARD fans will be able to stand a chance to see the group up close and personal in Manila, Philippines later this year for the GEL-1090 launch party.
