PlayStation Asia has announced they are collaborating with Korean artist, Kim Se Jeong for PlayStation Lunar New Year Campaign in 2024: PlayStation Happy New Play-Year.
For the campaign video, Se Jeong steps into the PlayStation world as characters of popular PS5 games: EA FC 24, NBA 2K24, FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH and Horizon series, where she invites everyone to join her in the world of Play Has No Limit on PlayStation 5.
“As someone who grew up playing video games, I am very proud to be working with PlayStation on this campaign. The concept is fun, where I get to play mysterious characters in the world of PlayStation and it is great to portray gaming characters, especially Tifa and Aloy who have great costumes and props! Please join me to celebrate Happy New Play-Year in PlayStation 5!” said Kim Se Jeon.

As part of Happy New Play-Year campaign, fans can participate in social challenge by using specially created Instagram filter to have a ‘video call’ with Kim Se Jeong and stand a chance to win PS5 covers autographed by Se Jeong and other attractive prizes. ROAD TO THE STAGE 2024 with Offline Finals in Bangkok and PLAYSTATION PLUS CAMPAIGN
PlayStation Asia also announced that they are organizing ROAD TO THE STAGE tournaments for EA FC 24 and NBA 2K24 with regional offline final to be held in Bangkok in March 2024. Online qualifiers have started from 30th January till 13th February with online regional final on 24th February. Winner from each region will have sponsored trip to Bangkok for the offline final, while Top 32 winners from each region will have the PS Plus Deluxe for 12-month membership.
