The ZERO 30 5G is capable of capturing video at 4K 60FPS, allowing users to capture the moment or create content in astonishingly high resolution. The device also uses a Dual Micro-slit Flash system, an innovative low-light photography feature that is integrated into the smartphone’s front camera setup, consisting of two strategically positioned LED flash units.
ZERO 30 5G also capable of using dual camera recording, where it utilises both front and rear cameras, providing a comprehensive and all-encompassing perspective. Accompanied by this feature, PDAF (Phase Detection AutoFocus) is a rapid and precise auto-focus technology that uses certain pixels for phase detection on the image sensor, enabling quick and accurate focus adjustments for each frame.Â
To allow users to deliver a cinematic content, Infinix included the option to shoot in authentic cinematic 2.35:1 aspect ratio and Movie Style Filters on the ZERO 30 5G.
For stills, ZERO 30 5G has HDR technology enhances the overall image quality by preserving both the brightest and darkest details in a scene. Furthermore, Infinix ZERO 30 5G features a 108MP rear camera, incorporating both OIS and EIS technologies that ensure a stable image capture with more light during longer exposures, resulting in better night time and indoor photos.Â
The 108MP rear camera uses a a 1/1.67″ sensor and a large F1.65 aperture that allows the sensor to capture a greater amount of light as well as sharp and clear photos. The Adaptive Pixels 9 in 1 Tech adds more detail to photographs and captures colours that ‘pop’, fulfilling users’ needs in different lighting conditions. This results in a pleasing background blur (bokeh) effect when shooting portraits or close-up subjects. The 10-bit AMOLED display goes further by incorporating DCI-P3 Colour Gamut and Calibration Algorithm, making it perfect for tasks requiring exceptional colour accuracy. Infinix claims the display has a peak brightness of 950 nits and a 10,000,000:1 contrast ratio. It has High Brightness Mode that further enhances visibility under challenging lighting conditions. The device also has eye care protection features such as 2160Hz PWM Dimming and an Eye-care Mode, certified by TUV Rheinland.

To maintain the performance for a long period, it is equipped with the Vacuum Chamber Liquid Cooling system, where Infinix is claiming able to reduce the device’s temperature by an impressive 7°C during extended 4K video recording sessions. The ZERO 30 5G’s innovative Ultra Power Signal (UPS) technology significantly boosts signal reception and reliability, ensuring connection remains strong and dependable.
Out of the box, the device runs on the XOS 13, which is built upon the latest Android 13 framework. The smartphone also introduces an upgraded Folax voice assistant, powered by ChatGPT.
