Infinix HOT 40 Pro to launch on 19 Feb 2024 in Malaysia; HOT 40 Pro Free Fire Limited Edition to be unveil soon

Infinix will be launching the latest HOT 40 Pro in Malaysia on the 19th February 2024 and also announced a collaboration with Free Fire to release a limited edition of the HOT 40 Pro.

“We are excited to continue our collaboration with Free Fire for the launch of the HOT 40 Pro featuring exclusive Free Fire’s character and pet combinations for Xfans as well as Free Fire players. The HOT 40 Pro is dedicated to deliver top-notch performance for gamers in Malaysia at a competitive price. Our collaboration with Free Fire is a result of our understanding of the younger generation on their smartphone needs as well as gaming lifestyle,” said Abia Wang, Infinix Regional Marketing Director.

The HOT 40 Pro is said to be powered by the Helio G99 while being paired with up to 16GB of extended RAM and 256GB ROM. It also comes with XBOOST gaming engine to enhance the gaming experience. Infinix also packed the device with the first-in-class metamaterial gaming network and lag-free 120Hz FHD+ screen. In the battery department, a 5000mAh battery and 33W fast charge will give a confidence on the battery life while gaming.

In conjunction with the Free Fire collaboration, the HOT 40 Pro Free Fire Limited Edition will include exclusive customization options showcasing Free Fire’s beloved character and pet pairings that will be available in wallpapers, icon widgets, a distinctive AR self-portrait mode, and special sound effects for a one-of-a-kind user experience.

Launching alongside with the Pro model is the HOT 40i, which is powered by an Octa-Core chipset with the XBOOST new-gen gaming engine, together with the same storage capacity as its counterpart. This device have a 90Hz super fluid punch-hole screen as well as a 50MP Dual AI camera and a 32MP crystal-clear selfie camera. The device comes with an enhanced 18W fast charge and 5000mAh long-lasting battery. The HOT 40i is set to offer an affordable price.
