IKEA Malaysia has recently opened a new IKEA collection point in Kuala Terengganu, offering East Coast customers a simpler, more convenient way to collect their favourite IKEA products.
The new collection point doesn’t only offers the convenience but also a lower fee compared to home delivery. The Kuala Terengganu collection point is the seventh IKEA collection point in Malaysia and second in the East Coast, after Kota Kinabalu, Miri, Kuching, Ipoh, Melaka and Kuantan. Alongside its online and physical stores, the collection points are key to the company’s omnichannel strategy and commitment to bringing IKEA closer to customers.
Takeshi Murai, Store Manager of IKEA Batu Kawan shares, “At IKEA, we’re passionate about making life at home better and more enjoyable for the many people. Our new collection point in Kuala Terengganu is another way we’re bringing our wide range of functional and affordable home solutions to even more Malaysians on the East Coast. We’re thrilled to welcome our customers and bring the IKEA experience to beautiful Terengganu.”
In line with its commitment to offer great quality products that are as sustainable and functional as they are affordable, IKEA has also lowered prices for a wide selection of its most popular items. The New Lower Price is available in stores and online. For more information, visit https://www.ikea.com/my/en/cat/lower-price/.
