i-Renewal, a digital service for the BMW and MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme has just been launched by BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia. The service is aimed to simplify renewal processes for BMW and MINI owners insured by the programme.
Made possible in collaboration with Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad, customers are now able to easily request for an instant quotation by providing some basic information, or renew their insurance policies with only a few clicks.
Every owner who successfully renews their BMW and MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme online by 31 December 2020 will be entitled to a complimentary Enhanced Road Warrior* coverage for one year. In addition to providing Personal Accident Cover and other insurance benefits, the Enhanced Road Warrior service also includes a comprehensive Car Assistance Programme with a range of around-the-clock services such as:
- 24-Hour Emergency Towing (Unlimited Towing Distance)
- Minor Roadside Repair
- Taxi Assistance
- Arrangement for Car Rental and Hotel Accommodation
- International Assistance
- Arrangement for Emergency Evacuation
- Referral to Service Centre
- Emergency Message Transmission
