HUAWEI TruSense System set to power upcoming HUAWEI wearables

Huawei has officially introduced the HUAWEI TruSense System, a revolutionary advancement in health and fitness technology. With over 150 million devices shipped and 520 million users on the Huawei Health app, the company has established itself as a leader in the wearables market. The HUAWEI TruSense System aims to provide accurate monitoring capabilities and insights into personal well-being, redefining digital health.

President of Huawei’s Smart Wearable and Health Product Line, Mr. Rico Zhang, highlighted the significance of the HUAWEI TruSense System in advancing health and fitness sensor technology and promoting healthier lifestyles. The system is characterized by accuracy, comprehensiveness, speed, flexibility, openness, and iteration, meeting the increasing demand for convenient and accurate health monitoring.

Through investments in research, Huawei has overcome challenges related to different skin tones, wrist sizes, and environmental factors to ensure the accuracy of vital sign monitoring. The system monitors over 60 health and fitness indicators across six major bodily systems, including emotional well-being assessment based on heart rate and autonomic nervous system data. As a result, the accuracy of fundamental indicators such as heart rate, SpO2, and blood pressure has been certified by authoritative industry bodies.

The flexibility, openness, and ongoing iteration of the HUAWEI TruSense System allow global partners to collaborate in shaping the future of health and fitness technology. Huawei has already partnered with over 150 organizations for research in areas like remote healthcare and family health management.

The first HUAWEI TruSense-powered products will be available in the market in September, reflecting Huawei’s commitment to innovation in health and fitness science.
