HUAWEI Malaysia has officially launched “Sophia”, an AppGallery assistant available on WhatsApp chat starting now. “Sophia” can be reach at +60 12 685 5652 and will attend to Malaysian users concerns for their mobile app issues.
It is confirmed that the service will be a live chat function so it will be available every day from 9 am to 9 pm. Sophia will attend to Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese users so feel free to message your HUAWEI Mobile Services (HMS) apps-related issues today.
