It’s never been easy to start your own small business. Most new business owners always think of challenges like “How do I keep in touch with my customers and staff?” or “What should I use to keep the business running smoothly?”. Instead of worrying about it, it’s better for businesses to develop new digital skills and emerge stronger than before.
Fortunately, Google Malaysia has just recently announced a virtual workshop hosted in partnership with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). The aim for the workshop is to help Malaysian small businesses cope with remote working and transitioning into digital. The course is co-aligned with Google’s long running Mahir Digital Bersama Google program which have transitioned virtually during the Movement Control Order.

Google is currently offering the virtual workshop on the May 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18. Do sign up here for the free workshop along where each date has it’s own time slot as well. The course is expected to focuses on handy digital tools as well as tips and tricks for small businesses that are looking for ways to connect and stay in touch with both customers and employees. Each hour-long session will be conducted by Google program trainers.
