GoPro has launched its first ever GoPro Asia Best Challenge (GoProABC), inviting adventurers, content creators, and everyday storytellers across Asia to submit their favorite video clips from their summer adventures. The competition is open to anyone, whether it’s snorkeling on the beach, capturing Star Trails on camping expeditions, or immortalizing a memory with loved ones.
Submissions will be evaluated on creative flair, video quality, and how the footage was captured in a unique GoPro way. Winners will have an equal share of USD 200,000 and their footage featured on the global stage in the final GoProABC highlight reel. GoPro’s Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications, Rick Loughery, expressed the hope that the challenge inspires more people to capture and share the rich diversity of experiences from their GoPro, as capturing these moments is what GoPro was built for.
GoPro users can submit their best unedited, raw video clip from today until 31 July 2024 at 11:59 p.m via GoPro.com/ABC. Award recipients will be announced in August 2024. Within approximately one to two weeks of the announcement, winners will be notified via email from the GoPro Awards portal.

Participation is free, and all you need to do is capture your most memorable moments with your GoPro. Just download the GoPro Quik app on iOS or Android and simply follow the instructions within. Regardless of the number of clips submitted and used in the final highlight reel, each winner will receive only one share of the prize.
