GMG launches new Nike By Sunway store at Sunway Pyramid

GMG has officially launches a new Nike store called Nike By Sunway at Sunway Pyramid mall in Malaysia on 24 June as part of its expansion plan across its operational markets in Asia. Nike By Sunway brings a new concept designed for the local communities and offers a one-of-a-kind space with exceptional shopping experience for members.

The opening of Nike in Sunway Pyramid will help GMG to increase its foothold in Malaysia, which currently operates nine Nike mono-stores across Malaysia. Nike By Sunway is poised to connect sports enthusiasts from all walks of life through a unique human experience. In this brand-new store, customers are hosted by well-informed store athletes and category and style experts in a digitally innovative retail environment with a compelling shopping experience.

According to GMG, the new Nike By Sunway was thoughtfully though and powered by insights, which resembles a home. The store is designed as communal space where customers can sit back and connect with fellow sports enthusiasts. Beyond that, Nike by Sunway maintains its iconic Nike footwear display with its thoughtfully localised and seasonal curation. With the Best-of-Nike customer experience in mind, the changing rooms are no exception in creating a memorable try-on journey. The space is donned with elevated mirrors, tuneable lighting and thoughtful details of the try-on journey.
