Digi has just launched an auto-billing campaign with MasterCard in Malaysia with a 5% rebate off their monthly bills for six months and a complimentary RM10 Shopee voucher* when they sign up for service between now until 30th November 2021.
This campaign is aimed at providing customers a more convenient option to pay their bills and have a worry-free bill payment experience, while staying connected to what matters most to them.
Customers can easily sign up and activate the auto-billing feature via:
Digi Website
Step1: Login to your account at http://www.digi.com.my
Step 2: Click on ‘Manage Auto-Billing’ under your Postpaid account
Step 3: Fill in the required details of your debit or credit card from Mastercard and click ‘Save’
Step 4: Click on ‘Enable Auto-Billing’
MyDigi App
Step 1: Click on ‘Settings’ at the Usage page
Step 2: Click on ‘My Payment’ to save a credit card and manage auto-billing
Step 3: You are required to login with password before saving your credit card details
Step 4: Click on the ‘+’ button on the upper right corner to add a new credit card
Step 5: Proceed to fill in your credit card details
Step 6: Click on ‘Add Card’ and enable ‘Set as Auto-Billing’
