The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), Yes, and Ryt Bank have inked a partnership to bring Malaysians closer to football and support the growth of the sport in the country. They announced this partnership at a signing ceremony.

With the slogan “Demi Bola Sepak Malaysia”, FAM, Yes, and Ryt Bank will celebrate how football brings Malaysians together from different communities and ages. They also aim to create new chances for fans and future players to get involved with the sport.
This partnership will use the strengths of both brands, including Yes’s 5G technology and Ryt Bank’s digital banking services. These services will help make football experiences easier to access, more connected, and more enjoyable, both during games and beyond.

Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Ab Ghani bin Hassan, President of FAM, said: “Football is a source of national pride and a shared passion for Malaysians from every background. We welcome Yes and Ryt Bank as our Title Partners and look forward to working together to strengthen the football ecosystem, bring supporters closer to the national game and create more opportunities for emerging talent across our communities.”

Wing K. Lee, CEO of YTL Communications, said: “Every Malaysian has a football story, whether it began on a kampung padang or a futsal court in the city. That is what ‘Demi Bola Sepak Malaysia’ means to us: many backgrounds, one shared love of the game. Through Yes, we bring 5g advanced connectivity and AI closer to fans, helping them stay connected to the action wherever they are. With access to ILMUchat, Malaysia’s own AI, through the Yes AI Postpaid Plan, we also hope to help Malaysians learn and discover new possibilities, both on and off the pitch. We want to contribute more than sponsorship by supporting the communities and next generation of Malaysian football.”
Connecting supporters and supporting the next generation
Through Yes, supporters can access partnership-related offers and experiences, including match tickets and limited-edition merchandise. Yes will enhance fan engagement with its 5G capabilities. Details of offers will be announced later.
Ryt Bank will support social experiences around football with digital payments for futsal sessions and match day gatherings. Supporters can also enjoy offers like match tickets and exclusive merchandise throughout the partnership.
Wilson Soon, Interim CEO of Ryt Bank, said: “Whether it’s a game of futsal or gathering at a local mamak to watch football, the sport creates moments that bring people together. With Ryt AI, we make settling and sharing payments effortless, allowing football fans to focus on the experience rather than the transaction.”
A partnership for Malaysian football
FAM, Yes, and Ryt Bank will collaborate on initiatives in youth football, community engagement, match-day experiences, and digital storytelling. The “Demi Bola Sepak Malaysia” project will showcase emerging talent and contributions from various demographics.
