Epson has recently received the highest rating from DataMaster Lab in 2025, earning five stars for the WorkForce Enterprise Series AM-C400 and AM-C550.
DataMaster Lab, established in 2009, tests office equipment under real-world conditions, guaranteeing reliable results through ISO methodologies. The evaluation revealed that the Epson printers maintain consistent reliability, with low power consumption benefiting from Heat-Free Technology.
Both models showcased exceptional productivity, reaching 100% in duplex mode and maintaining 94% and 92% in workgroup mode, respectively. They are noted as the first A4 printers with a C-shape paper path for fast double-sided printing. Moreover, the AM-C400 and AM-C550 require fewer consumable replacements than competitors, with the AM-C400 needing one-third and the AM-C550 half, leading to reduced maintenance and operational costs for offices.
