The experiential event saw celebrated Malaysian Chefs; Elle & Vire Professionnel Chef Ambassador Chong Ko Wai and Chef Jason Manson, Professional Chef & Co-Founder of JMFood Consultant, demonstrating the versatility of Elle & Vire Professionnel’s dairy products by integrating them into both traditional and contemporary Malaysian recipes.
Brand ambassador Chef Chong Ko Wai created a decadent Pandan Mango Choux using Elle & Vire Professionnel’s All Purpose Butter, Excellence Whipping Cream and Mascarpone, while Chef Jason Manson whipped up a savoury Pasta with Creamy Rendang Sauce, using the renowned butter & the brand’s latest innovation product Cooking Cream, Sour Taste. These demonstrations reinforced Elle & Vire Professionnel’s commitment to driving taste, origin, nature, and excellence in Chefs’ creations and recipes, building the future of Malaysia’s culinary and pastry scene.
One of Elle & Vire Professionnel’s key initiatives in paving the way to inspire, educate and empower every aspiring Chef or anyone who has a passion for baking or cooking is its Generation Program. In partnership with KDU University of Wollongong Australia, in Malaysia, the program aims to nurture the talents of young Chefs. It also offers comprehensive support, including training, online demonstration webinars and workshops that provide students with interactive learning experiences.
