Dell has unveiled the new XPS 13, aimed at delivering premium design and features for the masses. The laptop aimed to offer light enough to carry everywhere, lasts through a full day without hunting for an outlet, and doesn’t ask them to give up the features that make it worth having for young professionals, high schoolers and college students.
At just 12.75mm thick and 1kg, the XPS 13 is the thinnest and lightest XPS laptop. It has an InfinityEdge display that maximizes screen space in a small size. The durable chassis meets the high standard of all XPS models.
The XPS 13 has a 2.5K LCD touch display that covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, allowing users to experience accurate, vibrant and true to life. With Intel Wi-Fi 7 offered standard, all that rich content can be streamed seamlessly.
The display also has variable refresh rate technology that adjusts automatically between 30Hz and 120Hz depending on what’s on screen, delivering smooth visuals when you need them and conserving battery when you don’t. This allows the laptop to last up to 17 hours of streaming, enough that packing the charger is optional. Â
XPS 13 is powered by Intel Core Series 3 or Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors (available post-launch) with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory to handle multitasking without friction. For thermal solution, the dual-fan thermal architecture helps it stay cool and quiet, even when you’re pushing it.Â
Design and craftsmanship are non-negotiable
The XPS 13’s chassis is CNC aluminum: rigid, sleek and ultra-thin. It also features a backlit keyboard makes typing comfortable in any lighting condition and the traditional touchpad keeps things clean and distraction-free. XPS 13 comes in two colours, Sky and Storm.
