Claz’room College has officially signed a partnership with Level Infinite, a global gaming brand under the world-renowned Tencent Games, to enhance education quality and support the development of young talent in Malaysia’s digital creative industry. The recently signed Memorandum of Understanding signals both organisations’ commitment to providing students with access to cutting-edge curriculum, mentorship opportunities, and practical experience to prepare them for careers in the dynamic creative multimedia arts industry.

The publisher of PUBG MOBILE will send creative professionals to provide regular guidance and coaching to students in the creation of multimedia art content. These experienced professionals will share their insights and knowledge of industry demands and commercial requirements to students, allowing them to develop the skills necessary for success in the industry and giving them a competitive edge in their careers.
“The importance of bridging the gap between education and growing industries in enhancing the local creative multimedia arts industry must be brought to everyone’s attention. This partnership between Claz’room College and Level Infinite is a monumental step in the right direction, and we are thrilled to announce it. Young creatives in our community will have access to countless opportunities,” said Managing Director, Yan Ning Tung.
Through this partnership, Level Infinite will tap into Claz’room’s vast pool of talent to develop innovative business solutions. The company will curate a collection of exceptional artworks for commercial use, as well as incorporate some of them into the PUBG mobile game. The students responsible for the artworks will be credited when their works are publicised, thereby promoting their artistic vision to a global audience. In addition, Level Infinite has also allocated internship quotas for Claz’room students in an effort to continue cultivating these talents beyond the classroom, within the dynamic local digital creative industry.
Eugene Chin, Country Manager of Level Infinite added, “Our local talent has tremendous potential, and we want to enhance talents in the digital creative industry. With this collaboration, we aim to give back to the community by working with Claz’room College to bring a variety of exciting activities to both students and the general public. Our efforts align with the government’s goals to contribute to a rich and diverse digital media sector and generate high-value employment opportunities, enabling a large number of young talents to pursue their passion for gaming.”
Oliver Ye, Head of Southeast Asia Region Publishing, Tencent Games said, “We have always maintained a goal in mind to make PUBG MOBILE a game that Malaysians can enjoy and resonate with. This collaboration further enhances that vision as we can now work hand in hand with Claz’room to nurture students with hands-on experience for PUBG MOBILE, making it a game not only made for Malaysians, but by Malaysians as a result.”
The first of many public activities planned as part of the collaboration is a 3D Zbrush Sculpting Workshop on March 25th, 2023, 10:00 AM at Claz’room College. Participants will learn from professional PUBG MOBILE creators and get an in-depth look at the sculpting process used in the game, followed by a demonstration of 3D printing.
