Located at No. 33 & 35, Jalan 15/23, Taman Perindustrian Tiong Nam, the newly relocated Chear Motorrad, now covering 540 square metres, is a place for riders to discover BMW Motorrad’s offerings, service their bikes, or meet fellow riders. It is the first dealership in Malaysia to adopt the BMW Motorrad New Retail Brand Experience, featuring a modern space that showcases the brand’s commitment to performance and customer service. The dealership includes a dedicated service reception and coffee bar, creating a friendly atmosphere for customers to unwind and engage, enhancing the overall Premium Ownership Experience.
Additionally, the workshop layout with 10 working bays supports efficient servicing, ensuring BMW Motorrad owners receive the highest standard of care. With a team of 40 in sales, service, marketing, and support, Chear Motorrad Shah Alam offers a complete Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) experience under one roof for both new and returning BMW Motorrad owners.
