CelcomDigi Berhad is now accepting applications for the second cohort of the CelcomDigi Young Talent Programme (YTP), a two-year initiative aimed at developing promising Malaysian talents into future digital leaders.
CelcomDigi YTP aims to develop talent with technical skills, business knowledge, and leadership abilities as part of the company’s commitment to Malaysia’s digital growth. The program is for individuals ready to take on challenges early in their careers and help achieve customer-focused, data-driven, and impactful results in a fast-paced telco-tech setting.

Applications Open for Second CelcomDigi YTP Intake
Following strong interest in its inaugural intake, which attracted nearly 3,600 applications for just 20 placements, the company is once again seeking exceptional young Malaysians ready to thrive in fast-paced environments. Applications are open from 13 May to 3 July 2026 for Malaysian graduates and young professionals with less than two years of experience.
Successful applicants will undergo rotations across five competency streams: Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data & Business Analytics, Digital Product Development, and AI & Automation. Over two years, participants will work with experienced teams on real-world business challenges supporting CelcomDigi’s transformation as a 5G- and AI-enabled company.
