CelcomDigi Berhad (CelcomDigi) has recently announced that effective from 15 July 2023, all of its 50 Celcom Bluecubes and 27 Digi Stores nationwide will be opened 365 days a year (including public holidays) with standardised operating hours. This new move will co-alligned with CelcomDigi’s commitment to deliver top-notch customer experience across its touchpoints, making it easy for its 20 million customers to stay connected to Malaysia’s widest and fastest network.
With the new operating hours, all Celcom Bluecubes and Digi Stores will be opened from 10am to 6.30pm while stores located within Malls will be from 10am to 10pm. CelcomDigi customers who walk-in to any of these stores will be assisted by experienced CelcomDigi retail employees, who are now known as CD Champions.
According to CelcomDigi’s Chief Sales and Retail Officer, Cheng Weng Hong, “This initiative is part of CelcomDigi’s efforts to realise a bigger retail ambition that is to build a world-class customer experience. We are laying a solid foundation that we can build on – unbeatable retail experience supported by our team of experts and passionate CD Champions. CelcomDigi’s customers can also look forward to more enhanced product offerings and services in the near future, as the company continues to take the best of both brands and integrate, bringing the benefits of the merger to all Malaysians.”
In-store deals for CelcomDigi customers
In addition, customers can also enjoy value-for-money offers when they sign up for new Family Lines at Celcom Bluecubes or Digi Stores near them. Available from now, both Celcom and Digi subscribers will enjoy 50% off their family line – Celcom users will get RM20/month rebate for 6 months while Digi users will get RM22.50/month rebate for 6 months.
Seamless sales and service transactions
All Celcom Bluecubes and Digi stores along with CelcomDigi’s exclusive partners’ touchpoints are also able to serve both Celcom and Digi users seamlessly. Customers can walk in to any of these stores to get assistance for 11 types of sales and service transactions which include bill payment, plan change, SIM replacement, new plans including CelcomDigi fibre registration, MNP registration or Internet purchase.
